MEMORANDUM FOR   All Assigned Officers, NCO’s and Enlisted Soldiers

 

SUBJECT:    February IDT Assembly

 

1.     The next scheduled assembly for this unit will be held on 10-11 February  2007.  First Formation will be held at 0700 hours at all locations on 10 February. 

 

2.     Uniform for First Formation will be the BDU/ACU with sleeves down.

 

3.     Training:

 

  1. Saturday:   PMCS, Drivers training, BII Inventory all trucks and trailers Update Hand receipts,  AWT, Fuel Transfer training, Conduct Convoy,   E-4 assessments

 

  1. Sunday: Fuel Transfer training, BII Inventory finish up, PMCS, Drivers Training, AWT, Conduct Convoy 

 

 

4.     Administrative: SGT Yorgenson will be out until Middle March.      

     

Split Train: If you wish to split train for any drill, your Section Sergeant must be notified ahead of time (unless an emergency occurs last minute) so that the proper paperwork, signatures and pay status is coded on you. Split-training MUST be approved by your first line leaders before the drill!!!!! No exceptions!!!!!!!!!  Dates need to be made up before drill.

 

Finance: W-2 are on line, you need to have a Mypay pin to get them.  The unit will not be able to get them for you.  Here is the link:

If you need help getting a pin please let your squad leader know ASAP.

 

Supply:   SSG Othon will be leaving the unit in April.  We need to make sure we have all our supply issues taken care of before then.  Not sure if we are going to get a replacement for him right away.  Things will slow down a lot.  Plan ahead.

5.  Readiness:

 

All soldiers are still required to do the on-line Defensive Driving/Accident Avoidance and the Anti-Terrorism class.  Here are the links:

6. FRG is planning to have Donuts and Coffee for sale on Saturday at the Silverlake Armory.
